Suggestion For: Getting F.C with atleast 70+ People

Ever since we made the new rule about calling gets you promoted, and adving doesn't. we had lack of advertisers. So... I got an idea about getting more advers, and I think this rule would help fc run better - If you're on w44 advertise starting at 0+3 IN PURPLE ofc, and then you can stop at 20+3, I think this should be a MUST for ranks on w44... it doesn't even sound hard. only 3 mins make a difference? I've done it before so... I think it should be more of a "rule" now than "yes i will" and "no i won't"

it wont work in the mornings when we have less ranks on
