ranking system?

we need a ranking system where people dont get ranked up too fast ! Twisted Evil

Ranking System:
I was thinking that we could do a "Points Ranking System."
Something like Smiley > Recruit could be you need to spend 50 Points
Recruit > Corporal could be 100 points
Corporal > Sergeant could be 150 (or 200) and so on
(Non Rank to Smiley will just be when the person deserves it, like how we do it now)

Only bad thing about this is keeping track of how many points each person has. We can't let the person keep track because of course, some will lie on how many points they have. We'll also have to decide on how many points you get for a certain amount of time advertising and how many times you call/leak (and if it was right. Wrong calls could be a point deduction, like a penalty).

Deranking System:
It'll be the ranking system in reverse:
Corporal > Recruit is losing 100 points
Recruit > Smiley is losing 50 points
Smiley > Non Ranked is just if they're just totally inactive

We can also make it so for any unexcused inactivity for a week, you lose a certain amount of points. Breaking clan rules- Such as spamming, arguing and disturbing other clan members in anyother way (except killing them in a game) will result in a deduction.
