derank him for refusal to call for the fc please

Tonight, Pugguls and i were talking to "Hayato Kyroi" (smiley rank) and he kept ignoring us until we threatened to deranked him for use of bot, he finally replied and we asked him to take over and call, he said he's in his home world, he's not sw'ing so he's not gonna call.
I ask that we get him a derank for being rude and not trying to help out the fc anyways while off-worlding all day.
