Under any circumstances should you openly diss a rank. This is extremely unacceptable.
If you have a problem: get proof of anything being said or done.
What to do next?:
Report it to team leaders.
If they dont believe you?
Screen shot it and post it onto forums.
Disrespect get's you un-respected.
