Big change on 3zealsftw ! New Rule !

New Rule(s): We have a Fl clean up every saturdays | Now capt+ can kick and capt is the maximum rank to get

This should be an idea of how long a rank is to get , since it should be harder becuz capt can kick.

Recruit (1 banana) : 5 days with 4 hours calling a day in it = 20 hours

Corporal (2 banana) : 10 days (2x harder than recruit - 4 hours a day calling for 10 days = 40 hours)

Sergeant (3 banana) : 15 days (3x harder than recruit - 4 hours a day calling for 15 days = 60 hours)

- From smiley-sergeant should take a month ATLEAST ( in total 120 hrs ) no less than that -

Lieutenant (Bronze Star) : 2 months with 4 hours calling a day (240 hrs) AND checking on fc if we have caller everytime and 95% of the time is in fc, and steps up if there is no caller. 75% of the time on w44)

Captain (Silver star) : 3 months with 4 hours calling a day (1.5x harder than capt - 360 hrs) AND checking on fc if we have caller everytime, 99.99% of the time is in fc, steps up if we have no caller, calls without arguing when asked, cares about fc, and is 85% of the time on w44 / or is off world calling (same thing, helping fc), AND, is a trusted rank which means it isnt risky to give him kick power.

- In total it would take you from smiley-capt 6 months ATLEAST, NO less than that, example: Calling 2 hours a day would take you 1 year (12 months) from smiley-capt. | 6 months if you call 4 hours a day from smiley-capt WHICH IS 720 hours in total! -

General (Gold star) - Is a rank ONLY for co-owners, please do not type up an application about getting silver-gold : If you dont know what co-owner is, they are the people who have pass to 3zealsftw.

1. If a silver is massing you wont need to go on 3zf to kick them

2. It shows who the co-owners are. So you do not need to ask about who is who.
