====NEW RULES====
Adam has approved a new rule to allow smileys not to offworld. Gunny, Bhaskar, Me and other all have said that when smileys get ranked they go offworld and never come back, never call or do anything to help the friends chat.
===== THIS RULE COMES INTO IMMEDIATE EFFECT =====

P.S. Note to Generals, Please warn smileys people before kicking this isnt the case with non-ranks, just kick them =P

EXCEPTIONS
1: if fc is not full
2: if there colour calling in fc

this rule needs changing:
like only if fc is full or something

Tbh i feel this destroys most of the reasoning of this rule, if they smileys want to offworld they need to work for that privilege not just using an autotyper, calling cannot be botted, advertising can.

Rule is removed now. fc is empty so . rule might be put back when we get alot of people. average people in fc are like 40-50..
