apply for a re rank?

hi, umm.. hard to explanin. i was gen once on acc called 'smfd-you 0hp'. i quit rs for a fair while and now i play on a new account 'cobes' and was wondering if i could apply for a re-rank? i was gen, idk if its on the website history or not but i was gen and wondering if i can have my rank back on acc: 'cobes'??

if its not sutiable to rank me gen, maybe a lower rank to earn back trust?? idk. umm.. adam may remember me. not likely. i named myself '3zf ownz you' for a bit. umm.. ye. not much elce.
