permision for talk in clan chat: OG PhatStack

K. This clan chat, is the bomb, i feel i should be promoted to a rank with permision to talk in guild chat, why: I advertize for the clan everytime im waiting for a Game 2 start or waiting for a call, I'm only level 102, but everytime I'm doing everything i can to help control graveyards, the obilisk, and collecting soul shards for lowering slayer level of the avitar, The clan chat is always pretty active, and it would be nice 2 be able 2 talk in the chat with alot of the people im seeing on a daily basis. granted, I have only been doing soulwars with you guys for about a week, and just registerd today, but i have tried a few other clans, this one is far more superior.
