Lazy ranks tht never work

sometimes at gmt tme we have a lack of callers/ ranks thar are on

On topic : I think there have to become a rule for lazy ranks.
It's not my decission, but just an opinion. Just warn lazy ranks, once they hit the third warning derank them.

Today,

Many ranks have been on, like 10 in clanchat.
Most of them lazy,

They didn't want to go second cc.
When I left, no one wanted to call for first cc.

The only ranks I have seen 'working' were myself, x gunshot x & bbx.

-Uncharched didn't do anything at all, not even said something.
