umm, that could be a little bit easy, i would make it harder after bronze star or from sliver star to gen!
the way we rank people gen needs to go under review.
you should be able to post in suggestions now

lol - expected from bhaskar: strict - i thought my suggestion was a bit too hard.
after bronze star rank,or after captain rank, we could make it so its not as easy
so after someone gets captain rank, it shouldn't be easy for them to get a gen rank.
