lazy ranks and need more callers!!!!

Take this as constructive critism :

I'm at gmt +1.
I'm only in the early morning, and I'm online long.

Most of the times (at morning) I'm calling both cc's in my own.
Why?

1) There aren't any callers online.
2) There are some ranks sometimes, but doing nothing.

I'm strongly supportive, to warn a ranked member, followed by a demotion. If they don't do anything for a while.

It's also annoying sometimes, the ranks that are in the clan in the morning say : 'Oh, you're online, so you call'.

Sure thing I'd like to call,but I'm not a dog.. Also, they can do something theirselves.
When you gained a rank, proof you are doing right. Else, someone punish them. As in : Verbal warning, warn,demotion.

It's just annoying, to be only caller + advertiser at the morning.

One more thing :

Seems some staff members do not trust me though.
F.E : Someone called today, twice. He was wrong, I told him to switch. But he didn't do so. Result? Mad people leaving chat. >.>.

I can easily tell which staff members doing nothing, and which do something.
But oh well. Must be my imagnation.

ye callers are the same few each day, thats why we have caller applications on sit,e we need to get the cc site out there more, so ppl can apply
